FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity? Can I order less than the minimum quantity listed on the website?
The minimum order quantity is the smallest number of items required to purchase a specific product. Most products have different minimum order requirements when placing an order. In most cases, the displayed minimum quantity is based on the factory's required minimum for printing orders. However, if you contact us via live chat or phone, we can check with the factory on your behalf, as some are more flexible (though ordering below the minimum may incur an additional fee). Alternatively, we can look for similar products with lower quantity requirements.
Can I order multiple colors?
You can reach out to us, and we’ll confirm if color-matching is available at no extra cost. While most of our products offer free color-matching, some require a minimum order quantity per color, and a few cannot be color-matched at all. When mixing product colors, customers should note that they must choose colors with the same print requirements—if some colors require darker ink and others lighter, an ink change fee may apply.
Can I ship products to individual recipients?
Yes! EnjoyBridal offers the flexibility to ship products to personal addresses, such as your customers' or employees' homes across the U.S. Just provide us with the recipient address list, and we’ll handle the rest, delivering the promotional products right to their doorstep. For an accurate shipping quote, contact our sales experts, who will be happy to assist and discuss your specific needs. We’re here to make your shipping experience easy and hassle-free!
What logo/artwork do I need to provide, and how do I submit it?
We ask that you send us any additional details about your design. Email your artwork to support@enjoybridal.com. Be sure to include your order number and contact information.
How will I know what my product will look like with my logo? Will the dotted lines in the proof appear on the final product?
After you submit your order, we’ll email you a digital proof of the final product for approval before payment. While the proof includes dotted lines to indicate the printable area, these lines will not appear on the finished product.
What are "production days"? How soon can I get my order?
Production days are the business days needed for the supplier to complete your order. Production time starts once your order is processed and you’ve signed off on the proof. Note that production time excludes weekends and holidays. Most items take about 4-5 production days, plus a few days for shipping.
Each product we sell has different production and shipping times, which begin after proof approval and payment. We recommend planning ahead and ordering before your event. However, we understand that’s not always possible.
For urgent needs, we offer a selection of rush-order products that can be produced within 24 hours.
How do I request free samples?
If you’d like samples to help with your decision, we’ll send them to you for free. Samples are randomly printed and colored. EnjoyBridal reserves the right to limit or deny sample requests.
Need to change or cancel your order?
If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, you can do so anytime before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled, as it’s already customized to your specifications. To make changes or cancel before production begins, contact your promotional products consultant.
What’s the return/refund policy?
Returns: We guarantee that your custom-printed products will be delivered as approved and free of material defects, or EnjoyBridal will issue a refund. Since our products are customized, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than material defects once your design is printed. We believe our free virtual proofs and sample program will give you a clear idea of how your product will look before purchasing.
Disclaimer: EnjoyBridal takes great care to ensure the products on our website are represented as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitor displays, we cannot guarantee colors will match every customer’s expectations. As a service, we provide free product samples. If you’re unsure about a specific product or color, please request a sample.
Do you accept rush orders?
Depending on seasonal demand and production capacity, we may be able to accommodate rush orders. We recommend checking with our product specialists to confirm availability.
Do you offer bulk discounts or special pricing?
Yes, we do! Large-volume orders typically lower the per-unit cost for all our packaging orders (the more you order = the more you save).
Can I pay after my order is completed?
Unfortunately, we must receive full payment before we can begin production.
In some cases, for very large orders that need to be split into batches, you may arrange partial payments with your product specialist—however, each batch must still be paid in full before production begins.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, we only accept USD for all orders.
Do you offer credit terms or deferred payment options?
Yes. In certain cases, for large-volume orders, you may arrange credit terms/installment payments with your product specialist.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
I want to change my shipping method. How do I do that?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact your assigned product specialist, who will gladly update the shipping method.
They’ll provide you with a new quote for the updated shipping option and ensure your order is up to date in our system.
Will all my items ship together?
It depends. If all products can be made at the same factory, your order will qualify for a single shipment. If there are multiple packaging types that can’t be produced at one facility, your items may ship separately.
I can’t find shipping cost info on your website—why?
Currently, we don’t display shipping costs on our website because they vary based on individual needs and specifications. However, our product specialists can provide a shipping estimate during your consultation.
