Acceptance of Terms

EnjoyBridal supplies certain products and provides other services ("Services") through this website ("Website"). Your access to and use of this Website and Services are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

By using this Website or indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

EnjoyBridal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. These Terms were last updated on April 7, 2025.

If you do not agree to one or more of these Terms, please do not access or use this Website or Services.

Registration

To access certain areas of this Website, you must first complete the registration process to create an account ("Account") and register a unique email and password (collectively, "Credentials"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials, and you will be liable for any damages resulting from the disclosure or unauthorized use of your Credentials.

Privacy Policy

Your Credentials, registration data, and any other information you provide to us (whether through this Website or otherwise), as well as certain other information about you, are subject to EnjoyBridal's Privacy Policy.

Order Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all production and delivery dates provided to you are estimates only. Order shipping and delivery are handled by third-party courier and freight companies. While EnjoyBridal will make reasonable efforts to prevent production and delivery delays, EnjoyBridal shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect or consequential damages caused by such delays. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable, EnjoyBridal will issue a refund or waive expedited fees in the event of a delay. Customers are not entitled to cancel orders due to any delays.

Additionally, EnjoyBridal assumes no financial responsibility for product damage caused during shipping, as liability rests solely with the courier or freight company handling delivery. If a customer receives a damaged product, EnjoyBridal will assist the customer in investigating the issue, filing a damage claim with the relevant shipping company, and proposing a resolution.

Production costs may vary based on changes in material, labor, and other cost considerations and may be modified immediately upon notice.

Customers are responsible for all shipping/delivery fees, customs clearance charges, duties, and taxes for both initial and subsequent orders. Shipping costs are based on estimated conditions, packaging dimensions, weight, and current rates and may be adjusted due to potential changes in such costs between the quotation date and execution date. Shipping fees for bulk orders depend on whether the customer has access to a shipping dock and forklift; otherwise, additional charges may apply. Additional fees may be incurred for customs clearance, inspections, or unforeseen shipping complications. Customers are responsible for providing any required information during shipping and customs clearance. Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in delays, storage fees, or warehousing charges. EnjoyBridal is not liable for any fees, charges, or penalties arising from the customer’s failure to comply with shipping and customs procedures.

Returns & Refunds

For all purchases, EnjoyBridal offers a limited warranty. If we determine that a product is defective (as defined below), we will gladly replace it or offer a discount on the affected item. Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, all sales are final in all other cases.

Any visible damage, shortage, or loss must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted on the shipping documents or other paperwork. If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days. Customers should verify the dimensions and artwork upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 14 days. If packaging-related damage is found after delivery, it must be reported within 14 days. Otherwise, the product will be deemed accepted by the customer.

If a replacement is required, the customer must first return 100% of the received product at their own expense within 15 days of the product's delivery date. EnjoyBridal is not responsible for shipping costs associated with product returns or exchanges, nor for the shipping fees of reordered products.

Defective Products & Liability

A product will be deemed defective by EnjoyBridal if it contains structural or printing errors due to manufacturing, or improper construction, cutting, or processing—except in the following cases:

  • Cracking due to excessive expansion of cardboard material (which may occur due to the nature of the material), causing wrinkling in printed areas;

  • Minor cracks in creased areas of non-laminated cardstock (this is normal);

  • Breaks, bends, or scratches caused by improper handling or shipping;

  • Variations in specifications (including style, size, material, printing options, print layout, or finishing) within 2.5% tolerance; and

  • Differences in color and density (including any discrepancies between proofs and final products).

Artwork or Graphics Submitted by Customers

EnjoyBridal shall not be held responsible for any color variations resulting from the conversion from RGB to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a 1:1 scale and in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

If your artwork files do not meet our specifications, EnjoyBridal assumes no responsibility for any resulting printing errors, including blurry, distorted, or pixelated prints. Please strictly adhere to our artwork guidelines when preparing and submitting your files.

Color Proofing & Matching

EnjoyBridal is not responsible for color matching or ink density in screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs are intended to verify design layout, text accuracy, image scaling, and positioning—not to predict final color or density. While EnjoyBridal makes every effort to match gradient densities for each color, we do not guarantee the final appearance of colors.

Due to differences in printing methods and color reproduction processes, digital print samples may exhibit color variations compared to the final production order.

Customer Content

For certain products and services, you may have the option to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, artwork, photos, graphics, messages, or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to EnjoyBridal for incorporation into printed and packaged products. You understand and agree that you (and any other party providing such content) bear full responsibility for all Customer Content.

By providing us with Customer Content, you grant EnjoyBridal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise disclose any Customer Content to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Additionally, you grant EnjoyBridal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, display, and publish your products on the Website and marketing channels for promotional purposes. You may request that we refrain from publishing your products for marketing purposes by emailing support@enjoybridal.com.

When you upload or otherwise provide Customer Content to EnjoyBridal, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright to—or are otherwise authorized to reproduce—the files, text, graphics, photographs, etc., submitted for incorporation into the printing process. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnjoyBridal and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and affiliates from any suits, demands, or claims arising from a breach of this warranty. This includes covering any judgments or reasonable settlement offers resulting from such claims, as well as reimbursing EnjoyBridal for any attorney fees incurred in defending against such suits, demands, or claims.

You agree that you will not send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Customer Content to EnjoyBridal that:
(a) Contains unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene material;
(b) Violates another party’s privacy;
(c) Furthers or conceals criminal activity;
(d) Advocates or incites treason, rebellion, sedition, or forcible resistance to any U.S. law;
(e) You are not legally permitted to transmit;
(f) Infringes upon another individual’s or entity’s patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity rights, moral rights, or other intellectual property;
(g) Contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or otherwise interferes with or disrupts EnjoyBridal’s services, production processes, or any servers/networks used in connection with providing such services and production.

Order Approval and Proofing

EnjoyBridal is not obligated to proofread or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Orders are printed "as submitted," and the customer bears full responsibility for final proofing, layout verification, and approval before submission to the printing process. By submitting files to the printing and packaging process, you acknowledge that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and accept responsibility for any errors therein.

For projects with strict sensitivity requirements, EnjoyBridal recommends custom production-grade prototypes and PMS colors to ensure color accuracy, finishing, and stock attributes. If the option to receive a custom prototype before placing a production order is waived for any reason, the customer hereby accepts potential color variations and other discrepancies that may arise during production, having reviewed only digital artwork proofs.

Your order will not be processed or deemed production-ready until you provide written approval of the production-ready proof supplied by EnjoyBridal. All estimated turnaround times begin from the date of final proof confirmation.

Payments

All prices and amounts on this Website are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. EnjoyBridal accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, wire transfer, credit card, and check. Settlement times may vary depending on the payment method. Production will not commence, and products will not ship, until all due payments are received in full. Late payments or payments exceeding the specified due date may incur interest charges as per the applicable invoice.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due within [15/30] days of the invoice date. Ensure the full balance is paid by the due date.

Late Payment Fees:

  • 16–30 days overdue → 2% late fee on the outstanding balance.

  • 31–60 days overdue → 5% late fee.

  • Over 90 days overdue → The invoice will be forwarded to a collections agency. The customer will be solely responsible for all late fees, legal costs, and collection-related expenses.

Contact Information & Shipping Address Changes

You are responsible for updating and notifying EnjoyBridal of any changes to names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses that differ from the invoice and/or order. EnjoyBridal is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to update account or shipping information. Changes to contact or shipping details during production may incur additional fees.

Use of the Website

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, reproduction or replication of the Website's materials or content—in whole or in part—for commercial purposes, distribution, republication, modification, reverse engineering, sale, or any other exploitation is strictly prohibited without EnjoyBridal's prior written permission. EnjoyBridal reserves the right to take necessary measures (including legal action) to halt such unauthorized and prohibited activities and may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website or services without notice. You assume full responsibility for all consequences (however remote) arising from your use of the Website or services.

Trademarks and Copyrights

"EnjoyBridal" and related words and logos are trademarks or trade names of EnjoyBridal in Canada and other jurisdictions. Nothing in these Terms or on the Website shall be construed as granting—expressly, implicitly, by estoppel, or otherwise—any license or right to use such trademarks, names, or any other intellectual property of EnjoyBridal. Other company, product, and service names mentioned on the Website may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of EnjoyBridal's or third-party trademarks or trade names is strictly prohibited.

Materials provided on this Website (including but not limited to all sections, content, design, text, graphics, and their selection/arrangement) are protected by copyright. All rights reserved. Ownership of EnjoyBridal materials remains with EnjoyBridal, and unauthorized use is prohibited. EnjoyBridal reserves the right to take necessary measures (including legal action) to enforce its rights under trademark and copyright laws.

Third-Party Links

This Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. These links do not imply endorsement or affiliation with the owners/operators of linked sites. EnjoyBridal has no control over the content of linked websites, which remains the sole responsibility of their owners/operators.

Acceptable Use and Restrictions

In addition to complying with these Terms, you agree to use the Website, services, and materials only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Potential users in jurisdictions where:
(i) These Terms (or key provisions, including but not limited to governing law and liability limitations) would be rendered void; or
(ii) Access to the Website would be unlawful,
are not permitted to use the Website.

You agree not to use the services or Website in any way that:
(i) Infringes, misappropriates, or violates third-party intellectual property rights; or

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnjoyBridal from and against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), claims, complaints, demands, lawsuits, actions, obligations, and liabilities (including settlement payments) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Website, its content, or materials;

  • The Services or Customer Content;

  • Your negligence, misconduct; or

  • Any breach of these Terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, EnjoyBridal reserves the right, at its own expense, to participate in the defense and settlement negotiations of any third-party claim, complaint, demand, lawsuit, action, or proceeding through counsel of its choice.

Disclaimer

You understand and agree that your use of the Website and Services is at your own risk. The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EnjoyBridal, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, or third-party service providers (collectively, the "EnjoyBridal Parties") make no express or implied warranties or conditions regarding the Website, Services, or any products purchased from us, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnjoyBridal expressly disclaims:
(i) All implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights; and
(ii) All liability for claims related to product defects or failures resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with specifications or certifications, or misappropriation.

No advice or information—whether oral or written—obtained from the EnjoyBridal Parties or through the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

The EnjoyBridal Parties make no warranties or promises regarding the quality, reliability, timeliness, or security of the Services, nor that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The EnjoyBridal Parties assume no liability or obligation for:

  • The deletion, storage failure, or inaccessibility of emails or electronic files; or

  • The inability to properly store or access such materials.

You bear all risks associated with accessing any data, files, or other materials obtained from third parties as part of the Services.

Accessing the Website is at your own risk. While EnjoyBridal makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Website’s security, it does not guarantee that materials will be free of viruses, worms, trojans, or other destructive code at any time. You are responsible for implementing safeguards to protect your computer systems and data and for covering all costs of services, repairs, or corrections required due to your use of the Website or Services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the EnjoyBridal Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, compensatory, or punitive damages or losses—including lost revenue, lost business profits, business interruption, loss of data or business information, property damage, third-party claims, or other economic losses—arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of the Website, or the Services.

The EnjoyBridal Parties assume no liability for actual or alleged infringement by any third-party materials accessed through the Services.

In no event shall the cumulative liability of the EnjoyBridal Parties under these Terms exceed the greater of:
(a) The amount you paid for the order giving rise to the liability; or
(b) $250 USD.

If certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of specific categories of damages, such exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

The disclaimers and limitations of liability above apply regardless of the cause, circumstances, or form of action giving rise to the loss, damage, claim, or liability—even if based on:

  • Breach (including fundamental breach or claims of breach of essential terms);

  • Tort (including negligence);

  • Strict liability; or

  • Any other legal or equitable theory—even if advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, delay, claim, or liability.

General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other notices, policies, and disclaimers on this Website (which EnjoyBridal may amend from time to time without notice) constitute the entire agreement between EnjoyBridal and you. Unless otherwise stated herein, these Terms may not be modified. Any content on this Website inconsistent with these Terms shall be superseded by these Terms.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect. Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect their interpretation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and all related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws, excluding:

  • Any laws implementing the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods or the Uniform Commercial Code; and

  • Any conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Subject to the following paragraph, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any action or proceeding arising from the Services, Website, or these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, if any dispute, claim, suit, or controversy ("Dispute") arises from or relates to:

  • Any transaction conducted on the Website;

  • A breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Terms (or any part thereof),

the party raising the Dispute must first attempt in good faith to resolve it by providing the other party with a written notice detailing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute (including relevant documents) and allowing the receiving party 30 days to respond or resolve the matter. This dispute resolution process is a mandatory precondition to initiating any claim under the preceding paragraph, unless prohibited by applicable law.
